Privacy concerns are a critical part of the security industry. Fitch Security Integration recognizes and appreciates these concerns.

MUG SUPPLY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
FSI reserves the right to not to supply any products or services including mugs, for any reason whatsoever. We will make decisions based on a “business model” and will be suppling and distributing products or services including mugs, based on this, who the requester is and where the requester is located. Although other factors may be considered, generally, mugs will not be shipped outside of the Province of Ontario unless there is a business case to do so. Specifically, Mugs will not be shipped outside of the Countries of Canada and the United States and will not be shipped to any Post Office Box or Private Postal Box Service. Any information provided to us that is misleading, incorrect or inappropriate as deemed by us at our sole discretion, will nullify the request for Mug(s). FSI maintains a list of customers for reference by our sales and service divisions and this list may be used for occasional company mailings, email and/or phone campaigns. Your name and/or address and/or phone number will never be used in any of our Social Media campaigns unless we specifically contact you and get a written release to do so, although your initials, your general location (City/Town/Province) and Company you work for (if applicable) and if provided, may be used/ shown. FSI will not be held responsible for any party not receiving Mugs for any reason whatsoever and/or the condition of the Mug(s) received for any reason.

We reserve the right to use or not to use any photo uploaded to us for any reason and we will make decisions on what to use (if any) based on an internal “business model” that requires any photo uploaded to be useable in our sole opinion on our Website and/or any of our Social media Platforms. At a minimum, any photo and /or information provided to us that is misleading, incorrect or inappropriate as deemed by us at our sole discretion, will nullify the request for the photo to be used. Your name and/or address and/or phone number will never be used in any of our Social Media campaigns unless we specifically contact you and get a written release to do so, although your initials, your general location (City/Town/Province) and Company you work for (if applicable) and if provided, may be used/shown.
