United Technologies (UTC) announced in September of 2019 that its Verex division (along with Sentrol, IFS, Interlogix and Casi Rusco / Facility Commander) would be completely wound down to end-of-life as of December 31 2019, after which no further product could be ordered. Technical support was announced to be continued for a further year - until December 31 2020. Please see attached two very important documents regarding this event.
