HTS`™ ERS-MS alarm monitoring software is an easy-to-use, automated software package that effectively monitor alarms for all of HTS`™ emergency call and emergency response telephone systems and many third party emergency response products, such as fire and door alarms. The software can be configured to manually handle alarms at a central location or automatically handle all alarms and forward detailed alarm and resident information to staff members by pager through our QuickPage system. An optional voice card will forward the same detailed information to cellular or cordless telephones. The software also allows for daily client checkin. It also incorporates a host of important management features, such as individual or batch reporting, resident profile and contact information, alarm activity history, and equipment inventory records.
View DetailsHTS`™ Mini-CMS allows your facility to monitor emergency calls 24 hours a day. Simple to install and operate, the Mini-CMS receives emergency signals from HTS`™ emergency response systems and prints important information (apartment number, emergency code, time, date) on the parallel printer. If employees can`t staff the central location around the clock, you can integrate the QuickPage™ paging terminal into the Mini-CMS, automatically forwarding alarm information to pagers carried by on-site staff. The staff member can then call the resident`s apartment and activate the speakerphone to provide a two-way voice link.
View DetailsHTS`™ QuickPage paging system integrates seamlessly with our emergency call and emergency response telephone systems and our Mini-CMS. QuickPage makes it easy to send pager messages of up to 250 characters to a specific employee or group of employees. You can send a message like: "Mrs. Miller needs help with her bath. Please respond immediately."
